About these terms
This website is run by Lucky Ducks Resale. By using it you agree to these terms. They are short, because the site does not do very much — it shows you what we have, tells you when the next live sale is, and points you at the places you can actually buy.
Nothing is sold on this website
You cannot place an order here. Every item shown on this site is sold through Whatnot, eBay or Vinted, and the terms of sale, payment, shipping, returns and buyer protection are those of the marketplace you buy on.
Anything on this site describing an item — price, condition, availability — is a description, not an offer to sell. See the shipping and returns page for how that side of things works.
Item descriptions and availability
We describe pieces as honestly and as specifically as we can, including flaws. Attributions of maker, pattern and date are given in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, and where we are not certain we say so.
Items sell. Listings on this site are pulled from our marketplace accounts and refreshed regularly, but something may be gone by the time you click. Prices shown here can lag behind the marketplace, and the marketplace price is the real one.
Content on this site
The text, photographs, guides and design on this site belong to Lucky Ducks Resale unless stated otherwise. You are very welcome to link to any of it, quote a sentence or two with a credit, or share a page. Please do not republish a whole guide, or use our photographs in your own listings.
Brand and maker names — Pyrex, Fire-King, Fenton, Shiny Brite and others — belong to their respective owners and are used here to describe and identify secondhand goods. Lucky Ducks Resale is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them.
Our guides are guides, not appraisals
The identification and collecting guides on this site are written from experience handling this material, and they are meant to help you look at a piece more carefully. They are not a professional appraisal, an authentication service, or a valuation.
If money is riding on it, get a specialist to look at the actual object.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape wholesale, or gain unauthorised access to this site, and please do not use the contact form to send bulk or automated messages.
