Shipping & Returns
Everything sells through Whatnot, eBay or Vinted, so those platforms handle the money and the labels. Here is what happens on our side of it — especially the packing.

Who actually ships your order
Every Lucky Ducks Resale order is placed on Whatnot, eBay or Vinted, so the platform you bought on handles payment, shipping labels, tracking and buyer protection. Suzy does the packing.
- Whatnot — shipping is handled through Whatnot. Wins from a single live are normally combined into one shipment.
- eBay — shipping cost and service are shown on the listing before you buy, and combined shipping is available on multiple purchases.
- Vinted — shipping is arranged through Vinted at checkout.
Where we ship
Within the United States. We are not shipping internationally at the moment — glass and international post are a bad combination, and the cost rarely makes sense for the buyer.
How long it takes
Items usually go out within two to three business days of the sale. After a big live sale it can take a little longer, because everything gets combined and packed properly rather than quickly. Tracking comes from the platform as soon as the label is made.
How glass gets packed
This is the part we care about. Glass is double-boxed as standard: wrapped, boxed, cushioned, then boxed again with space on every side. Lids travel separately from their bases. Ornaments go back in their original box only if that box is strong enough, and in a new one if it is not.
Boxes are frequently reused, which means your order may arrive in a box that once held something else. The packing inside is what matters, and it is new or clean.
If something arrives damaged
It happens, even with good packing. Report it through the platform you bought on, within their window, with photographs of the item and the box and packing material as it arrived. That photo of the box is what makes a claim go smoothly.
Whatnot, eBay and Vinted each have their own buyer protection process, and that process is the route to a resolution. If you get stuck, send a note through the contact form and Suzy will help chase it from her side.
Returns
Return policy follows the marketplace you bought on, and is shown at the point of sale.
Because these are one-of-a-kind secondhand pieces, we put real effort into describing condition before you buy — flaws are named in the listing and shown on camera during a live. If a piece turns up materially different from how it was described, that is on us and we will put it right.
Questions before you buy
Always welcome. Ask in the chat during a live, message on the platform, or use the contact form. Asking for another photograph of a specific angle is completely normal and we would rather you did.
