How does a Whatnot live actually work?
You join the show at the start time, watch items come up one at a time, and bid on anything you like. Everything is described out loud and on camera before bidding opens, so you get to see any flaw before you commit. Wins from the same show are combined into one shipment.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. Everything ships within the US, and glass gets double-boxed as standard.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Report it through the platform you bought on, with photos of the item and of the box and packing as it arrived — that second photo is what makes a claim go through. Then send a note through the contact form and Suzy will chase it from her side too.
Do you buy collections?
Sometimes, depending on what it is and where it is. Send a few photos and a rough idea of the size of it through the contact form.
